Before calling the Pepsi Repair Hotline there are a few trouble shooting checks you should try:
For fountain machines:
- Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
- Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
- Verify that the CO2 tank gauge is not in the red and the valve is open.
- If you have changed the CO2 cylinder, run the valve until bubbles appear.
- Verify that you are not out of product.
- If these steps do not resolve the problem, call the repair hotline and refer to the equipment number on your machine.
For glass door coolers:
- Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
- Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
- If these steps do not resolve the problem, call the repair hotline and refer to the equipment number on your machine.
For vending machines:
- Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
- Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
- Push all selection buttons.
- After performing the checks above, deposit money in the machine to see if it works properly.
- If these steps do not resolve the problem, call the repair hotline and refer to the equipment number on your machine.
For hot beverage equipment:
- Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
- Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
- Verify that the master power switch is in the ON position.
